What I dislike while assembling this desk are moments when the screws throws a temper tantrum. They don’t want to be screwed into place and made assembling a little frustrating. I had to brainstorm and try different ideas into bullying those stubborn screws into place. It took me almost thirty minutes to finish assembling the desk and a few bruises, but I quite happy with it. No pain, no gain, right? I needed a study desk for sometime now and this desk is both affordable enough for me to buy and durable enough to withstand my head banging in despair and frustration when exams come around. I like everything about this table but I somehow thought it was going to fold up when not in use, as I was planning to use it on the occasions when I needed to work remotely. Four stars because my unit arrived with a pretty decent dent in the box. Upon opening, some of the metal pieces were dented and a small part of the desk top had some damage as well. I still put it together to see if it was sturdy, and was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to assemble, one page instructions are a little sparse but easy to understand if you've ever built furniture. The Allen wrench provided works, however some of the metal pieces are positioned in such a way that it blocks the wrench from making a full turn, I switched to a screwdriver and it was a breeze. Overall took me less than an hour to assemble. Once together the desk is very sturdy, especially for the price. There is a little wobble but I think it's due to my flooring. I bought this as a crafting table, so stability is crucial. It lives up to demand. Size is great, fits my laptop and tons of craft materials comfortably. Overall I recommend this as a cheap desk, it's nothing amazing but it gets the job done! ... show more
