Had to get the item replaced, due to bad storage conditions, which flattened out the item a little bit too much, so I had to return the item, customer service is really good, and they refunded me the exact amount no problem whatsoever, and sent out a replacement one week later, the item itself is good value and prepare to be getting in shape when you moving around 62 lb, so if you can't swing around a pair of 60 lb dumbbells then don't even bother ordering this, but if you want to get in better shape and have something that's more of like a human body more realistic or dead weight, then this product is much better quality and heft, the tpe used is extremely soft be careful where you store it because you can puncture a hole very easily in this material, even having extremely long fingernails could poke a hole into this material, same thing with washing this thing make sure it's not laid up against the sharp corner or any type of jagged tile, as far as grabbing it squeezing it smacking it spanking it, visually it definitely stimulates, the materials don't care very easily as well which means great craftsmanship an engineering including the internal skeleton for support. So the replacement was flawless and the company is very professional to do business with, takes about a week before you get your product depending on where you live in the world. But I don't like cheap toys because I'm not a cheap person, I've spent $1,300 on some adult toys from other companies that were way too heavy at 100 lb or more and technically this really isn't too far off except you're not spending $1,300 you're spending $300, so what the company is trying to do is offer you a more high-end scale torso for a lower end budget price, and guess what they matched it here they did a great job, as far as caring for this thing just use some antibacterial soap and a bathtub make sure you flush all the tunnels out with hot water and soap let it air dry and store it in the box it came with but without that insulation just use a blanket or a comforter, make sure you take like a pair of rolled up sweatpants on each side of the breast in order to push them together in order to keep the form, that bottom foam core they use inside the box will put permanent marks in the tpe if you're not careful, so make sure you get rid of all that insulation inside of the box and then line the box with a blanket or comforter, preferably something that's not wool or has a lot of fuzz because it sticks to the tpe, all in all amazing product 💯

Its got some weight, stretch before moving lol. I think its a good step into sex dolls. Maybe not a first doll, but a second or third, it hits the mark. I do think some positions are difficult, but that could be person to person as you dont want to move it enough to possible tear it. Cleaning is 100% a chore. I dont live alone so that makes it even harder to do. Feels great. it does stay cold for awhile so grab a heat blanket. It attracts fur and hair. If you have alot of pets or pets that shed alot, think of putting it somewhere they barely go. Its also good to just cuddle for those just looking for something to hold other than a pillow. Id say its worth the value. its a good step down from a full size which runs you about $1000 dollars. AAAAAND its cheaper than Tantaly. 4 stars only because if you dont live alone and have pets. It can be annoying to use and clean.
