Managing a high-traffic area with a diverse community and multiple stakeholders requires a reliable and efficient solution to communicate essential information in real-time. After some research, I ordered this product, and overall, the experience has been outstanding! Delivery was prompt, arriving even sooner than expected—perfect timing for a high-priority purchase. There was a minor manufacturing defect upon arrival, which could have been disappointing. However, their customer support team was exceptional, responding quickly and offering multiple solutions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction made this one of the smoothest support experiences I've had; I'd give their support five stars if rated separately. As for the product, it performs excellently with consistent daily use. It allows remote content updates through an online CMS platform, essential for a high-traffic area like ours. Although I initially had concerns about the lack of security certification on the web interface, the support team assured me that this enhancement is on their development roadmap. Their transparency and proactive response give me confidence in the product's continued improvement. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to order this product again. The product’s functionality is impressive, but it's the exceptional customer support that truly sets this company apart. ... show more

Great Looking Digital Display in our University Library
Size: 65 inch Style: Touch-Screen Color: Black
Review Image by University Library IT Support University Library IT Support
We just got the YCKJNB 65-Inch Digital Signage 4K Touchscreen Kiosk set up in our university library, and it’s been amazing! Right out of the box, it was super easy to set up, and within minutes, we had videos and photos up and running. The split-screen feature is such a win—we can show different updates and announcements all at once, which makes it perfect for a busy library where people need quick info. The 4K screen is bright and crystal clear, even with all the natural light we have coming in. The touchscreen is responsive. Also, the slim, modern design also adds a nice touch to the space. The Android OS makes everything so simple to manage, and with WiFi, HDMI, and USB options, updating our content is a breeze. We also love the timer feature for automatic on/off—it’s perfect for our library hours. Plus, the customer service has been excellent, answering any questions right away. All in all, this kiosk has been a fantastic addition to our library, and we’re already thinking about adding another one elsewhere in our library. If you’re in an academic setting and need a sleek, easy way to share info, I highly recommend this! ... show more

We are very happy with our 65” kiosks for our lobby! They are bright, with a clean and professional look, and run flawlessly. The team was quick to respond when I reached out about the shipping company delaying to get the product to me. I did have to cut a hole in the back for an HDMI cable to run a computer outside of the unit as the HDMI input is inside the lock box and the USB stick input should be inside the lock box not the outside but it is not a deal breaker. Will order more. ... show more

Great quality Digital kiosk
Size: 55 inch Style: Touch-Screen Color: Black
This is a well-made digital Kiosk. It works good, is easy to connect, and start showing your videos and/or pictures with the Android OS. The screen is bright, I tested it in a bright room with a lot of natural light and I was able to see what was being displayed without any problem. I like its thin frame around the tv, it looks and feel high quality. I would buy a second unit in the future. Lastly, customer service as others reviews mentioned is excellent, they answer fast any questions you might have. Thank you! ... show more

Review Image by Amazon Customer Amazon Customer
The media could not be loaded. The digital interactive display was the perfect technology to launch a new app and a new company! The interface was very fast with no lag and allowed us to directly load the APK into the screen. This allowed customers to easily see and interact with our app. Much more versatile than static advertising or displaying on a tablet. Usually when one new customer was interacting an audience would gather around the booth and could easily see the action. ... show more
