Much bigger than expected and worth the additional expense when the goal is making a statement bath. Package arrived with cardboard slightly scuffed and laying flat however the mirror was securely protected inside with foam wrapping at impact points. The overall weight was manageable and easily carried solo upstairs. Mounting is relatively simple with basic tools and choose hardwiring over plug in. The best part and reasoning for this type mirror in the first place was the adjustable tone and anti-fogging features. The warm lighting, high setting worked with the vanity lighting providing a desirable luxury appearance. Appears easy to clean and durable.

tuve duda al comprar este espejo pero cuando lo instale se ve super bien facil de limpiar y muy iluminado mi baño quedo super bueno y muy elegante ya no se empana el espejo porque tiene un boton que ayuda a esto siempre esta nítido I had some doubts when buying this mirror, but once I installed it, it looked fantastic—it’s easy to clean and provides excellent lighting. My bathroom turned out beautifully and looks very elegant. The mirror no longer fogs up, thanks to a built-in button that prevents this, so it always stays crystal clear.

The mirror looks great overall with the black frame, and hangs easily. I clipped the cord and wired it into what was the vanity light. Things to be aware of, its not overly bright on the front facing led's, the anchors are just junk. Overall Im happy with it though.

Bought this for our redesigned bathroom and have been very happy with it. The overhead light in our bathroom is connected to a fan, so it makes noise whenever it is turned on. Having a light on the mirror allows us to use the bathroom late at night without having the fan turn on. The random background colors are entertaining, but definitely not necessary and not likely to be used much. The built-in light and defogger, however, are both awesome features. The giant mirror is great, and makes our small bathroom feel bigger than it is. It really maximizes natural light as well, so the room feels bright even on cloudy days.

The mirrors are beautiful and provide a very nice RGB glow as well are functional by proving frontal light. You can see yourself very clearly in the mirror due to the lights. The defog feature is outstanding. I got several mirrors of different sizes for 3 bathrooms. One mirror had an issue - a loud buzzing sound when the lights and defogging option was off, as soon as one of options was on, the buzzing sound good go away. Because the mirror was supposed to be in the master bedroom, it would not work for me. I was ready to send the 1-out-of-3 mirrors back, but I figured I'd contact the customer support first to see what can be done. The customer service responded with 2 hours. I was impressed. I explained the issue I was having with the mirror (the buzzing sound). After several emails back and forth (which all happend within 1 day!!!!), it was determined that this particular mirror had to be replaced because of an issue with the power supply. The customer service resolved my issue. Would I buy more mirrors from the in the future? Absolutely, mainly because there is a responsive customer service behind the product. There is alway warranty, which I'm sure they'd honor. Overall very positive outcome despite initial issue with one of ther products. I give 5 stars because the mirror is beautiful, function and there is an excellent customer service that stands behind it.
