Have purchased more than once. Very good oil- decent price- had hoped for a bit more fruitiness on the tongue as is common with Spanish oils. This tends toward grassy notes-but still very good.

It’s in glass bottle and has a nice robust flavor. I use it with the top of the line authentic Parm from the wheel at Whole Foods. Skip the balsamic or use less, this combo makes a simple and yummy salad.

    • PURE and AROMATIC
Spanish virgin olive oil is as authentic as it gets. I don’t typically write reviews but when I saw someone say this was “bitter” I had to prove why they are wrong. Spanish olive oil is bitter, and it is a STRONG flavored olive oil, probably not meant for the young with inexperienced taste buds. As a dietitian I always REC olive oil but as a personal chef I always prefer THIS type of olive oil. If you ever look at the back of your olive oils you’ll notice they are usually a BLEND and NOT pure like this one is. This is also as green as it gets also proving authenticity and purity of the olive oil which has suffered over the years thanks to water down Italian olive oil which they’ve gotten away with. Trust me you won’t regret buying this if you truly know and appreciate the taste of robust olive oils. Enjoy! ... show more

Not a bad olive oil but I like a heavier, heartier olive taste in my olive oils. Otherwise, worth the purchase if you are indifferent to bold flavor.
