When I got it, I thought it was defective. Had trouble programming it. The tech support leaves MUCH to be desired. When I asked to return it, all I got was run around and repeating the directions or asking for a video. When trying to send video, I got error message saying video was too long. I contacted them 4 different times, twice asking for replacement, that request was never acknowledged. I finally found a work around that's acceptable. (My friend has one and she doesn't have the issue as mine.) I enjoy the dealer, but can't say I'm satisfied at all with the tech support.

Does a great job dealing cards. Has the added buttons to push to send to a desired player when pressed. Perfect for elderly that have problems reaching cards etc. No mention of them in instructions but each has an arrow pointing to the direction they would be delt to from the direction of the machine so they can only be used in those directions. Assume they have some sort of battery. No instructions on how to replace if so. I couldn’t figure how to open them. My advice would be to redesign these to offer more buttons and use precision finding like an AirTag to know which button to deal to and offer more than 4 players. If you have more than 4 then the buttons are useless

This product is wonderful and saves a lot of time during card playing with friends. I would definitely recommend this for purchase. Everyone gets tired of dealing cards so this solves the problem. Pairing this with an automatic card shuffler would make it better.

My friends and I used to pick the cards one by one and it took forever to begin a game. Now that we have the dispenser, we can begin playing way faster. It also has various modes to dispense card, very useful!

Amazing device. Loved it. Battery lasted hours without much drain. The little buttons to request a card worked great. Some menus were poorly translated in ours. “Sheets” - cards. How many cards each player gets. “Bottom” - number of hole cards in a separate location from player’s stacks. “Auto” - randomize deal order. “Serious” - series deal, n cards to each player without rotation, 3 to A, 3 to B not A B A B A B. . Left play button long press, allows you to change starting player to deal first card to. Not clear how to change the battery. Flaked out once or twice but worked ok after a quick power cycle.
