I will say that these were hard to get out. I tried many different methods ranging from coconut oil all the way to alcohol, and I will say rubbing alcohol was the best way for me to get these out. Simply put it in a spray bottle spray the bands let it sit for a minute or two and then they slide right out. Other than that the only issue I had was them slipping and leaving glue in my hair if I showered, but I recommend showering or washing your hair and cold water, and do not put conditioner on the tape. But for the price these were definitely worth it, and I will buy again, especially now that I know how to easily take them out and how to maintain them.

These are great and hold up through wash and all. The only downside side is when you take them out it is one hell of a process. Make sure to basically soak your hair and head in a remover and let it sit for at least 30min to an hour. I found this is the best method and less hair removal. Other that that if you're looking for a long hold get them because you won't have anything to worry about. I make my own tape ins and depending on how many you use these are great for up to 4--6 times. I typically make 70-80 tape ins so I did my hair about 3 times with about 2-3 sheets left. Overall would buy again.

These I have found are not as adhesive as other tape replacements I have found on Amazon for the same price. They come apart easy if you use lots of conditioner which a girl like me with curly hair does.

Definitely hold but if you have straight hair like me they leave so much residue in your hair , hard to remove the residue but they stay, i went in the ocean and everything, they stuck wonderful. But after removing to move them up it was hard to get them to stay due to the remaining gunk in my hair from the tape (what takes a lot to get out) but if you use heat to get it out it helps sorta … just prepare for a lengthy removal process of the leftover of the tapes otherwise their ok..

It ripped clumps of my real hair out of my head when I tried to remove the tape AFTER ALL THE EXTENTIONS ARE ALREADY OUT. Yes, I used removing oils, I used rubbing alcohol, I tried clarifying shampoo so many times and I am still ripping out tapes a month or two after the fact. They held my hair extensions well, and I didn't worry about them falling out. But this being said, they stick so well because the tapes will become essentially glue bonded to your real hair. The bond residue of the tape becomes similar to the stickiest gloop you can think of and creates balls of just pure adhesion goo and hair. I don't recommend these. Even though the price for the amount seems tempting, save half of your real hair and get a better brand that will let go of your strands.

Alright, these tapes are really nice. When applying my tape in extensions I like a real good adhesion. I have naturally 3c curly hair so my scalp doesn't get oily and is often more dry. This means I can wash every 3 weeks. With these tapes, my extensions don't budge for the first 2.5 weeks and around the 3 week they'll need a little bit of maintenence and they're ready to be taken out at around the 3.5 week mark. Which aligns perfectly with my wash day. My one con with these is that removing the adhesive from the extension once they're taken out is a mess, it gets real sticky, real frustrating, real fast. HOWEVER for the price you pay, I would absolutely reccomend these tapes
