This is a great binder! I like how I can completely fold over the entire binder when writing in it so it's not taking up my whole desk but it closes and protects when not in use. Been using these for a few months now. I love the way they fold over and take up less space in a bag. One did break a clip, so I'd be careful about too much pressure, other than that they've been great.

So far, I LOVE these binders for puzzle books. The binder flips completely around to give you the same freedom that a spiral notebook would. The front and back and semi-flexible plastic, but sturdy enough to write on without a hard surface behind it. Additionally the clamps are METAL, not plastic/nylon. These are budget friendly too, being the least expensive of this kind of binder. I dislike the low variety of puzzle books in spiral bound form. I needed a solution, since I've pretty much bought all the ones in spiral form off Amazon already. I have been forced to go with the regular paperback books. You already know how irritating it is to try to write in a paperback book, let alone try to bend the pages over so you can do the puzzle on the other side. In pops this binder right here. There are a few different techniques for dismantling a paperback, but once the spine is separated from the pages, you punch holes in the pages and pop them into one of these genius binders! Refill them over and over. With the 2 pack, that's around $6 each +/-, and the 5🌟 brand is $12 +/- for just one, and with plastic rings. Plastic/nylon rings, not metal like these. Will buy more! As a bonus, if you do this nerd thing that I do, you can out the front cover of the puzzle book in the front view of the binder to make it all "official-like." When you flip it around, none of the pages get stuck so far, but we know, from 12 years of grade school and how ever many years of college, that sometimes those don't hold up for more than a few years. Who knows, but if that's the case. That's $2 per year of use. Solid value.

Compared to the SortieOuchie brand, this brand is less than subpar. The binding is not only cheap, but ugly, padded and large; and the rings are huge and arent' hidden as well once the binder is full. Go with the SortieOuchie brand even if you just need one binder, I'm sure you can find a use for the second one since they're sold as a set.

I expected this to be a disappointment but I really love this binder. I’m ordering more to replace all the standard binders for our homeschool work. It’s durable, and easy to write in with how it flips back like a soft cover or bound book would. I’ve only had it a short time, but it seems like it would last awhile. I bought a five star brand one with this in case, and I like this one better!

Terrible product! The rings did not close smoothly so papers got caught on them and could not turn. The rings did not close tightly and would open when trying to flip through pages.
