Have been trying to contact this company for over a week now filled out the warranty emailed them several times I assembled this Takacat over a week ago has a leak went through the procedures and no response. I do not recommend.

I am happy with my Takacat! Everything went smooth. I got Great support from the support team when I needed information and certificate of origin to register to DMV. After one year I had a little problem with the floor and the support department of Takacat responded in less than one day on a weekend! and shipped the replacement part, very supportive.

This thing is awesome, setup is fast (high pressure pump is highly recommended) and it's strong enough to handle the sea. Pull up to an island beach, tilt up the motor, hop out and pull it ashore. Bigger boats will watch in envy from their anchorages. I have a compact sedan and the two Takacat bags, outboard motor and assorted fishing gear fit inside easily. Love this thing.

I purchased the 340LX Takacat last year and it has been a great dinghy for us to go back and forth to the our mooring location. The ride is both stable and dry - even in high winds and current. We had a small isue with a seam almost 6 months after the purchase and Takacat America was almost immediate in sending a replacement part. Great product and exceptional customer service!

In this day and age it’s hard to find companies that treat their customers with that small town courtesy. Takacat Americas does just that! Since my purchase of the 340XL I had two issues which they resolved immediately and with a smile. I highly recommend TA and my next boat will definitely be a Takacat! :)
