The media could not be loaded. I thought that the sink is good but we purchased on November 16, 2025 and when we received we released one of the top parts is dented and the cutting board is not fitting. But I did not complain because is still looking good and have so many fancy features. But 4 months after we installed the sink the water hose start leaking that is something not acceptable. I am including few pictures so you can see what is happening. Unbelievable!

The sink drain stopper does not work like it supposed to. It does not operate to let the water stop up and down to let the water go out like it supposed to. How can we fix that problem. I checked the nope on it to make sure that it is working like it supposed to but it is hard turn and I checked the cable to it that operates it as well

The dual waterfall design is not only beautiful but also super practical, making rinsing and cleaning feel more efficient and even a little luxurious. I also appreciate the included soap dispenser—it’s one less thing to clutter the countertop. Installation was straightforward for my contractor, though if you’re DIY-ing, just be aware the smart components require a bit more attention. My only minor wish is that it came with a bottom grid to protect the base from scratches, but that’s easy to add. VERY well made! Has every feature you could ever want out of this style of sink. Great for cleaning veggies, rice, dishes, literally anything you can think of using your sink for. Comes with all of the extra hardware you could need for installation, and the measurements are very accurate!
