I purchased this sink over the ones in big box stores because of the accessories. The lip around the side and back was damaged slightly during shipping, but since it's an under-mount the dents got covered up. I don't ever blame the seller for damage during shipping. The only thing I wasn't really happy with is the wood cutting board. The first time we used it, the wood grain raised up which really didn't bother me so much. A quick sanding took care of that, and I oiled it afterwards. We've had it for about a month now and the cutting board is starting to warp and split at the handle. If the split continues and follows the wood grain, it will break right down the middle. ... show more

My plumber installed this and I don't know why but he says with this type of sink I cannot have a garbage disposal I didn't believe him until I brought another plumber in to check it and he said the same thing. Taking it out is not an option at this point too much of a hassle returning it and paying to install it again. It does look nice though. ... show more
