I purchased this water slide for my daughter's 7th birthday. When I tell you that a time was had. Everyone enjoyed this waterslide. The black and white color was very aesthetically pleasing. The quality of this waterside also is top tier. It's very durable and easy to clean. The bottom pool area is large and the slide is also wide enough for 2 life's to go at one time. If you are thinking about purchasing I suggest you just go ahead and buy. The only thing that we didn't like about this slide is the storage bag that comes with it isn't very durable. ... show more

There was no drainage for the pool as indicated on here and in the user manual. Tried to email company, no response. Tried to contact them via “WhatsApp”-which I have never used before- and after they did not answer a first time, I called back a second time and then all of a sudden my number was banned from WhatsApp (weird since I literally had to download this app to even contact them). Slide is ok, other than there being no pool drain, not sure why this is since I can’t get in contact with customer service. 3 stars because of customer service, no pool drain, but slide seems ok. ... show more

Zero stars. Purchased this for my 4 year old twins. The return window closed July 28th at midnight per Amazon customer support and I reached out to the third party seller on July 29th. They would not send a replacement (they initially were offering a measly 10% refund). I wasn’t even asking for a refund, I thought a replacement was reasonable for $650 product. Mind you my wife set this up with huge padded gym mats underneath to protect its integrity from anything on the ground. It tore right at the seam. My kids are both under 40lbs and the only ones using it. Our previous slide was smaller and much cheaper and lasted our older children over 5 years of use. I would not order anything from this company again I am so disappointed with the customer service. Such a waste of our money for a month of use. To add- when initially being directed to the third party seller by Amazon, they ensured satisfactory compensation. Shame on them. Kids can’t even use it. ... show more

My husband and I purchased this for ourselves and it’s so much fun! We’re each tall, 5’9” and 6’2” and each about 235 pounds. We can climb and slide on this just fine with no problems, other than our aging muscles. It’s so much fun we may even let the grandkids use it. Lol. Today we put it up dry to test it out so we don’t know how it’ll hold up to water but I really see no reason why it won’t. This is very sturdy and if I can climb on it, any adult can.
