These work great with my laser printer. It does leave a little bit of a soot behind, so you have to clean it off with some alcohol or some soapy dish water to bring out the engraving/silver. Next step, I will anodize them In some baking soda water with some titanium for cathode and anode at different temperatures to create some color in that silver. Be sure and have a ventilated space because it does put off an odor.

I think there of good quality and the engraving comes out beautiful, you dont need alot of power i have a 10 watts laser 50% of that work good, when you bring it out of the laser you dont think it came out good but wipe it off a it looks great. Love this product.

Maybe I’m just dumb, but the picture shown and my results were very different from each other. Silver coloring is what’s underneath. I’ve engraved it with multiple lasers and it is not a great result. The amount fortunately lets me experiment much. Too sharp to be a business card. Not easy to engrave on them, too shiny and the thickness makes it hard to keep them in place when engraving with a cnc. I have no complaints about the sizes of the cards, and I don’t know if the coating is plastic or paint. But the cards themselves are definitely not plastic.
