Neighbor’s white vinyl fence was covered in mold and lichen. Literally washed off with a sponge using this stuff. Didn’t even have to pressure wash it!

Seems to work okay. Needed 2 applications. Left on vinyl siding until started to dry then rinsed off. Seems to be best option for me to get green algae off siding. Ran through power washer soap tank fine.

I put this in the soap bottle on my pressure washer and let the soap nozzle decide on the mixing ratio -- I recommend a cool surface out of direct sunlight so it has time to work its magic but it will give you improved results either way -- apply, get some iced tea, drink half and rev the washer up, then rinse off with whichever nozzle you prefer — go finish your iced tea and be amazed by the results as the water dries -- repeat as necessary (tip: if you blast a wood fence more than necessary, the wood will shrink more than it already has - advantage to the dog next door that will be able to see you better) -- the pictures were taken several months after cleaning and after a backyard redo -- I am convinced that this product works at worst the same as some others but better than most -- I have tried many others

This product was recommended to us but it ended up costing us. When we first started power washing the house, the dirt was dripping off and we were pleased. We finished power washing and let everything dry and were horrified by what we were left with. The house is spotted, looks like bleach was splattered on the siding. Worse, all our beautiful windows have drip marks all over them. We tried numerous window cleaners, including several we went out and purchased, and nothing helped. We got on the internet and saw others with the same complaint but didn’t find any solutions that we hadn’t tried. After several trips to the store and more Amazon purchases, we finally decided to try glass stove top cleaner. It worked but it took us hours of extra labor! It took off the drip marks on the windows. We have not tackled the siding yet. Will update if we find a solution to that. Added negative, we called the company customer service, got a recording to leave our name and number and someone will call back. Disappointed that no one called and it has been 2 days. Please note that we read directions before using, and after we saw result, we reread direction just to make sure we did it correctly which we had.

Wasn’t what I thought it would be it’s basically bleach smells like bleach works like bleach I thought I ordered a stronger cleaner my fault does remove mildew on various things
