The media could not be loaded. It works very well. I have been cutting my hair for awhile now, but I've always had trouble seeing the back and sides of my head. I was skeptical of this item at first, but once I installed it, if I could even call it an install (it was so easy!) I learned how easy it would be to cut my hair. The mirrors are bright and clear. ONce I removed the film I was impressed with the flawlessness of the glass. The battery last a considerable time. Just be sure to charge it every so often. It doesn't take long. What I enjoy about the mirror is I can bring it anywhere! Literally any door will do! I even use it on my glass shower door. it hangs just fine. Overall I'm very impressed with this mirror.

So far it works well, but like others say light comes on every time I close it. Easy fix, just put a thin piece of paper towel in between the mirrors and the light stays off. You really shouldnt have to do that, but it works.
