There are lots of nice things that I can say about the Favsh brand. That's because we've ordered so much furniture from the brand, for our home plus our rental properties. But there's one particular reason why you should consider getting this bookshelf. I'll explain in a moment, in the meantime let me give Favsh their flowers..... The bookshelf is not difficult to put together. Which I'm thankful for, I honestly don't like having to assemble furniture even if I like building some pieces from scratch. It's not so big that it's a pain to move around when cleaning or just making changes to a room layout. Sturdy and durable once it's standing. And the price is actually good, when you consider what makes it different from other kid's bookshelves. Here's what I mean..... Solid wood. Soooooo many other bookshelves that you'll find in WM or online are made from particle board. Know how vienna sausages and hot dogs are basically a mix of things smushed into a specific shape? That's pretty much what particle board is for cheap furniture. Unlike solid wood, particle board is super likely to warp, droop, and basically not last long. You want solid wood. Something that isn't going to easily break, split, warp, sag over time. Because this is the type of thing you want to hang on to even after your child or grandchild outgrows it. And that won't fly with the cheap particle board bookshelves. So yes, it's going to cost a bit more. But it's so worth the investment. If you're going to gift this to a child you love, then why not just get the best possible for a reasonable price? If you like how it looks in the product pics, then I'll tell you to go ahead and order it now.

I picked this up for my employee center to showcase reading materials that were just lying in a pile on a display table. This tiered bookshelf does the trick. It is a decent size and was super easy to assemble. It feels quite sturdy. Now I am dealing with adults, so the longevity of the product is probably pretty decent. For a younger user set, well, that is something I cannot speak to. It definitely gives grade school vibes and took me back for sure. Of course any rough housing on any furniture could be detrimental - long story short, I see this having a great lifespan if you take care of it as you would with any furniture. The three shelves are great because it it showcases your materials with a staggered height. The color is a nice neutral beige, so it will blend in with most surroundings and not clash with your decor. I appreciated the easy instructions to follow that made quick work of the assembly. For the price, I think this is a decent product and a long-term investment.

The scalloped detail is genuinely sweet and it looks right at home in a playroom or nursery setting — exactly the kind of piece that adds character without being overwhelming. The aesthetic is there. My hesitation is with how it's constructed. The shelves shift more than I'd like and the wood has a pieced-together quality that makes me wonder how it holds up over time with regular use. For a display shelf with lighter items it's probably fine, but I'd think twice before loading it up. Cute enough to keep and display, just going in with tempered expectations on longevity.

Real wood and quick assembly. My kiddos wall book case was overflowing so I assembled this so we could have additional space. The bookcase is quite sturdy, I would recommend some wall anchor of some type to prevent tipping as kids have a tendency to pull on furniture. Its a good size right at our toddlers height meets them at their level and is solidly made. Its rare to find real wood products these days, and those tend to last the longest.

I really like this FAVSH 3-tier bookshelf! The scalloped detailing gives it such a cute and elegant look, making it more decorative than a typical bookshelf. This is a fantastic bookcase for a toddler or baby’s room or for a playroom area. It functions to display the books, making it easier for my toddler to pick and choose a book and o find it is actually easier for him to put away by himself when do done. The bookshelf itself is really high quality, made with real wood and not just mdf or particle board. The color is a light natural/unfinished wood, but it could be easily painted to match your decor if desired. This is an item that will stand up to use over time and still look good. Holds and displays a good number of books, which is also great. Overall STRONG recommendation from our household.

My child says it reminds her of the bookshelf she has in her classroom. It definitely does give that vibe. It looks nice in photos, and was packaged in the shipping box very well by the seller, but I have concerns about that quality of the materials. Upon assembly and opening the box, I noticed part of a shelf had a slight crack in the wood. The very top shelf as well is concerning as the thin wood piece on the bottom isn't really stable and can swivel a bit causing a slight gap. I also am not a fan that there is no stopping point for the screws and you just have to guess when you are done screwing. I actually made an indent in the wood of a few of the screw holes because there was no stopping point. Aside from assembly, I put the entire shelf together in about 10 minutes. Overall, it could be slightly better. The shelf is small, but holds a lot of books, and is lightweight and could fit in the backseat of a Honda Civic with no issues. I do wish that the materials were a bit better for the price you pay.
