I first bought one of these carts a couple of years ago, and was totally impressed. It was packaged for shipping beautifully, fit together perfectly, all the holes lined up exactly, a really great product. So I bought a second one just recently. This time, not so much. It was still easy to put together, everything lined up, but there is a slightly larger margin on one side panel and not the other that is noticeable. As a result, the top shelf appears to be on a slant. It is not (I tested it with a slant meter), but the issue is caused by the holes being drilled very slightly lower on one side panel than the other. One if the shelves arrived broken. After unboxing 3 boxes (!), corner protectors, and a huge amount of packing material, it seems a bit unreasonable to ask the customer to return product in original packaging. I’d prefer an option where I could send in the one broken shelf and get that particular part replaced. Please rethink and add this option.
