Love this little book shelf. It holds a ton of books. But yes, when you put in a ton of books you can't see the llama very well, but you can get creative with book position. Very easy to assemble and so cute. But not at all worth over $40. I’d say MAYBE worth $25, because it has a cute unique design but this is very small and not too sturdy for the price. This is a lot smaller than you think it is, but I read that in other reviews and was prepared for it mentally. Good size for a non-destructive toddler, just wish the price point was a bit lower. But it sure is cute and does it’s job. It isn’t meant to hold an entire library, but works great for the books we want to keep out and handy at our “daytime reading station.” We’re keeping it elevated for now since he’s just a baby. ... show more
