Just came back to advise people to be aware I'd considering buying these or if they already have bought them that they are a likely safety and fire hazard! They work well for charging...HOWEVER, I just had my phone plugged in to charge and all of a sudden this message popped up on my screen saying that liquid had been detected in the charging port and to remove the cord and let it dry. I freaked out and immediately removed the cord. (I see no evidence or indication of any liquid or damage at the port 🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼) but when I pulled the cord out it was scalding hot and burnt my fingers. It appears that it melted at the phone end of the cord. The block/adapter is also extremely hot but then the rest of the cord between the adapter and up to the end around where it is now melted/split feels completely normal. If I had not been right there to see the alert right away or something this could have definitely started a fire and also destroyed my phone. Guess I will be searching for another type of adapter and cord to charge my phone with and forking out more money to do so 😩. ... show more

I just got an iPhone 14 pro and the store was doing a hard sell for their $65 lightning charger. I decided to try these first and I’m glad I did. They are truly very fast and can go from empty to full charge in about 30 min. You need both the cable and the block for optimum function, so don’t separate the bundle or let your kids steal a cord.
