  • Good quality
Great value and the cut quality has been really good so far.

  • Sharp and Precise
I can't remember the last time I used a steel-toothed saw blade - we've been using carbide for decades. Years ago a tungsten carbide circular saw blade would be very expensive and have teeth made from big fat slabs of carbide brazed on with giant blobs of bronze. Along the way manufacturers have been creeping down with carbide thickness and brazing joints but the effectiveness of the saw doesn't seem to suffer. Well it won't suffer if you look after your blade and keep cuts straight and evenly fed. Recently I have been using an expensive red painted 80 tooth blade in my double angle miter saw that I still call my chop saw. I makes a super smooth cut but sometimes on a piece of hard maple it leaves a deposit of red smear on the end grain which then need to removed. So I was delighted to see lots of naked steel with no paint on these blades from JANCHI. I am pleased to have spare blades now since some woods leave resin deposits on the teeth and the only way to remove these deposit is with a steel brush and some alcohol. That cleaning process takes time and might interrupt a rush job if you don't have a spare handy. The blades are precision made with regular teeth and gleaming mirror facets on every side of each tooth. The teeth are screaming sharp. They have those lugs at the back of each tooth to prevent over fast feeding. I just ran a test on my chop saw, replacing my expensive Freud 80 Tooth with the JANCHI 80 tooth. I cut some pine and then some maple. All the cut faces were like mirrors when held up to the light. I was going to swap the blade back to the Freud but I am so pleased with the results that the JANCHI is staying on the saw. Final note: I just noticed the hideous picture on the product page of some clown cutting a block with the blade way too high, no push stick(s) and no riving knife. That square block is going to pull his hand into the blade and his fingers are going to be dripping from the rafters in the next few seconds. The blade should be two teeth only higher than the cut piece. You should use a push stick behind and a push stick from the side. Also a riving knife on the table saw helps prevent twisting. It drives me absolutely crazy the number of idiots on YouTube and elsewhere who demonstrate this VERY dangerous activity. I have about ten different push sticks (that I designed and made at zero cost) to suit all shapes of wood that live on my table saw all the time. Never make a cut with your fingers. ... show more

  • Blades visually look like decent blades, basic carbide.
Full disclosure, I have not set these blades to wood, but have inspected with comparison to blades I routinely use. From what I can see they are pretty decent blades, and I see no reason they won't perform just fine. I would say they are more crosscut blades that tables blades as even the 32 tooth looks to have little set to it. Of course the material to be cut will be the deciding factor there; how many times have we picked a blade only to change it based on the material performance. A note to seller: Though my blades arrived just fine with the plastic guard over the teeth, the blades however did manage to penetrate both their individual box and the three pack box. I then received them in an unfilled box 12 times larger, lol. Just thought that might be of interest. As with any product like this that I review, I will go 4/5 stars until I see the long term performance but I definitely give them a 👍🏻 ... show more

  • Clean Cut
As advertised, these are thin kerf blades. The 80 tooth makes a super clean cut with no tear out on the back side. Since it costs so much to have a saw blade sharpened, you can replace your blade with these and still save money. It's hard to say how long they will last, but they are a great value for 3 different sized blades. It allows you to adjust the size of the blade to fit the job instead of making do with one saw blade. ... show more

  • Cuts like butter
Got these installed in my table saw over the weekend. Tried a couple different TPI and all of them worked as planned. They are really sharp, and sliced through my plywood and solid popular without any issue. There's no telling how long they will stay sharp, but they were nice and sharp out of the box - I wish I could comment more on longevity, but that will take weeks or months to figure out. The blades were balanced and had no wobble or issues. I was pushing material through them as fast as my saw could handle and the blades took all the abuse I could throw at them. I wouldn't say these are "cheap" blades by any means. They came well packaged and the teeth seem well secured and they were nice and sharp. What else can we ask for? I hope they stand the test of time and I get a lot of cuts from them. I'll report back if they don't last the next few weeks of daily use. Overall....I'm happy. ... show more

  • Good set of Blades
This is a good set for general purpose use. The 60 & 80 tooth blades are good for fine cuts of plywood and leave minimal tear-out. The 32 tooth blade is good for ripping and cross-cuts. So far I've been very happy with this set. I haven't had any issues with blades overheating or bogging down during numerous cuts. Time will tell how well they hold up over the long term, but so far I'm impressed. ... show more
