These tools feel really well made for the price. Lots of more expensive options, but this gives you 3 tools and a nice carrying case for a great price. When you uncertain it's something you may use often, you don't want to spend 100 dollars to just try it, so you buy the less expensive option. Now that I have, I can't imagine there is a huge difference between this one and higher priced. So after receiving this week,I watched some videos and went right to work. Been dealing with an upper thigh/hip flexor/quad issue that's been hard to get at, so that is my first target area. In just 3 sessions, I am already noticing a different feeling coming from the injured spot. Hard to say if this improving at this point, but I am optimistic. Next up will be to try this on feet, calves, hamstring/it bands, lower arms. Product 5 stars for function and value! Whether graston/gua sha self massage is TBD.

They come in a well made pouch (a kind of felt like materials) with three pockets--one for each scraper. You will want some sort of massage oil or lotion when you use them--they are very smooth, but it is most comfortable when used in combination with oil.

The edges of the tools are superb. Easy to handle, and work very effectively to break up "cellutitis" by getting the fascia loosened up. I would recommend taking before and after photos, and give it a couple of weeks, of daily toning, especially with the boomerang shaped tool. Thank you for these excellent tools.

These seem like professional quality. Very strong and sturdy material with a nice felt case to store them so they don’t scratch. I don’t exactly know the best use for each different one but I’m sure I can find that out online.

Damn this did it job! Had me whining (even though it didn't take me dining) cuz it hurt so good! It did its job to help recover. I coach and have to be on the field numerous hours for practice and numerous hours for games. So, getting home and getting man-handled by these metal massagers is so good! GET IT! AND GET IT GOOD!
