This 3-in-1 postpartum belt has become one of my absolute favorite gifts to give new moms! I’ve personally used it and now love recommending it because it really makes a difference in postpartum recovery, especially in those crucial first few weeks after giving birth. One of the best things about this belt is how it helps support the core and bring the abdominal muscles back together after pregnancy. During pregnancy, it’s very common for women to experience diastasis recti, which is a separation of the abdominal muscles caused by the stretching of the growing belly. I even recommend it to anyone suffering from diastasis recti as an inexpensive and great option compared to other specific bands offered to help heal from this condition. Wearing a postpartum belt like this gently pulls those muscles back in, provides compression, and gives the body external support to begin healing properly. It also helps support the lower back, improves posture (especially during breastfeeding), and helps new moms feel more stable and secure as their body adjusts after birth. Works very well and is so much cheaper/more useful than the name brand fancy ones. The first band does roll up a bit and needs a lot of adjusting during use but it still does wonders for that first week post partum. 5'4", 205lbs at the end of pregnancy, bought size Large.

I should have read the reviews. I was looking for one belt, however it was three belts. The good news is it allows for placement as you see fit. It feels really secure without being bulky for three different belts. I went for a walk after putting them on for the first time and felt fully supported.

I am 5'6", pre-preggo weight of 120 lb. I am two weeks post-partum and weigh 145. I had originally purchased a bengkung belly binding from etsy to use for core support postpartum because I have a long torso (I can't wear one-piece swimsuits because they're SO uncomfortable in the crotch and ride up ridiculously high on the leg holes) and the bengkung is entirely customizable. I assumed all the velcro stomach wraps wouldn't actually support my whole stomach area like I need with my long torso. I purchased this one because I needed/wanted something I could put on quickly and because based on the photos it looked really long- like it would actually cover my whole stomach area. It is three pieces, and I have found I can get the stomach belt and waist belt to cover my stomach okay. I have to place the stomach belt low and the waist belt high... it isn't great but it works. My hips want support, and the pelvis belt can do that... but it rides up. And it isn't great to pull these pieces down without re-adjusting the velcro bc I can feel it drag down my insides and then it is very uncomfortable/painful. Overall, I very much prefer my bengkung binding because I can wrap it from my pelvic bone to right under my breasts, it shifts around/rides up less, and provides much more firm support, especially for my hips. HOWEVER, it takes a good 10 mins or so to do... which isn't possible to do first thing in the morning with a newborn and a toddler. This Keababies wrap gets me through the mornings and provides enough support to keep me relatively comfortable until I can wrap myself up in 50 ft of fabric. I give it 3 stars because it is well-made and does an okay job covering my stomach/abdomen. Personally, I wouldn't wear it all day because it doesn't give me enough support/the kind of support I need. It does a good job getting me through the mornings and is very quick to put on.

My wife loves this band. We have another one and this blows that one out the water. It is very comfortable. It has perfect adjustments. Size is perfect. With the adjustment and the way the band is made it gives amazing support and compression. It also lakes away the post labor pains. This is a good buy for sure. Seems to be made with quality materials as well.

Great item , after trying it on a 2x Large is too big , I will be returning it for a refund to reorder a smaller size. This item have lots stretch, Very well made, Comes in different colors too. It comes with 3- pieces to push in your stomach. Breathable, very Adjustable, Supports the Back as well and Compression as well. I Did order a smaller size after returning the 2X large and it’s a great fix is the reason I edited to 5 stars.

I bought this product to use.After I had a full hysterectomy with a mini laparotomy , it gave me great support and made it more comfortable for me to move around the house. While it wasn't 100% comfortable to sit in it, it didn't hurt the stays inside are soft enough to bend while you're sitting, but supportive, while you're standing. They are easy to put on and adjust in just in many ways.
