I normally do not leave customer reviews, but I was compelled to. **THIS THING COLLAPSED AND BABY HIT HEAD ON FLOOR** My 8 month old baby was bouncing in this. We had no issue from when she first started using it around Month 3. She is was able to be in its most upright position, but today I decided to lay it to its lowest position. I made sure the locks were clicked. My daughter weighs about 18 lbs at this point. She was happily bouncing in it. Next thing I know, I hear it crash down, a thump, and I see the entire rocker has failed and is flat on the floor. She was stunned for a couple seconds before crying. To repeat, this thing, on its lowest setting, collapsed on itself. The back of her head dropped about 8 inches and hit the floor. While we are pending the physician to get back to us, she is fortunately not displaying the worst case scenario head trauma signs. I tried to even replicate it collapsing, but I cannot do it no matter how much I try. It randomly just failed on itself, which is the scarier bit. This thing is unsafe. It of course was fine until it wasn't, but spend more money to get a better quality bouncer than this. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT.

Update: after almost 8 months of use, it's still my favorite baby item, and my baby's too. It's his preferred nap spot. He coos in it as he falls asleep, feeling so relaxed. It's super easy to wash. He is crawling now, standing up, and almost cruising, but we still use this bouncer in his play area ontop of a thick mat in case he were to ever pull himself out. He has been close. A strap has come undone twice recently same side, with him leaning as far forward as he can. Also at the time of first review I didn't realize the whole thing collapses for easy moving and storage, silly me. Another mention, MAKE SURE TO PROPERLY SET THE ANGLE OF THE BOUNCER. We had one incident where we did not notice the bouncer had been set too low, and started to be in the collapsable position. After a few bounces baby came crashing down and we beat ourselves up over it. It only happened one time, and it was user error. Baby was fine, he was very low to the ground already but we definitely all had a scare. Even though we might not have much more time with this thing, it is hands down a must have and I would buy again. Needed a portable space for little one to be happy. This bouncer is light weight, although slightly awkward to carry (might just be me idk😅). I move it around frequently up and down the stairs (baby is NOT sitting in it when I do). Anyway, baby loves his bouncer. Hes been using it for about a month now (hes now 2 months old). Dad wanted something battery operated, so we got a swing also.. but baby noticeably loves his bouncer way more. The swing makes him look uncomfortable, I feel safer with his body positioning in the bouncer. Honestly bouncing him is not much of a chore and he falls asleep very quickly in it. We use the lowest setting a lot right now, but even in the more vertical settings he still looks more comfortable in it than the swing. My other kids also will bounce him voluntarily, its pretty cute. The toy bar is soft and removable, baby doesnt seem interested in it though, even when I hook other toys on it. Hes a bit young for it though, so its not necessary. Im so glad I bought this bouncer, just don't be lazy about bouncing the kiddo and opt for something battery operated. You dont need it, just spend a bit of time and your kiddo will clunk out looking super comfy!

I’m really happy with this 3-in-1 Portable Baby Bouncer & Rocker Chair. It’s lightweight, compact, and very stable — easy to move from room to room. BEWARE NEW PARENTS ! This bouncer is extremely unsafe. My wife was gently bouncing our baby back and forth when suddenly the lock mechanism failed and the bouncer collapsed backwards, causing my 4 month old baby to hit the back of his head on the floor. Thankfully, after a lot of crying and comforting, he seemed okay. I inspected the bouncer thinking maybe it was somehow user error, but everything appeared locked correctly. About an hour later, after our baby calmed down and fell asleep again, I carefully tested the bouncer myself very gently because I was worried it might happen again. My wife even placed a blanket behind it just in case. Sure enough, the exact same thing happened a second time,the bouncer suddenly unlatched and collapsed backwards again affecting my son. I immediately threw this product away. No parent should have to experience something like this. Please be extremely cautious before purchasing this bouncer. I would never recommend it to anyone.
