Bought these my 11 year old. The lights are great when you go fast enough to trigger them and they have laces, Velcro, and click laces. Really great and comfortable. Easy to put on and adjust. I'm an adult female with US shoe size of 6. At the lowest adjustment setting, I still have toe room. Feet smaller than mine would fit too big even at the shortest adjustment.
