So let me start by saying that I'm not a slingshot expert. I know enough about them to be dangerous and that's about all. But I have used slingshots and have seen many different kinds. For starters, this inexpensive kit comes with two of everything and it's all disassembled. There were NO instructions included in the box so you are left on your own to figure out how everything goes together. Even including a picture would have been helpful but there was nothing to help you at all. I did my best to put it together on my own just to see how easy it was before I consulted the picture on the product page. I mostly got things correct but I'm still not sure how the tiny little plastic pieces are supposed to go into the level site (assuming it's a site) so they are just staying in the box. These are small slingshots just big enough for an average person's hand. If you have larger hands, then you might want to look at other slingshots as these are quite small. It's nice that there are two types of elastic bands included. One is a bit more stretchy than the other. I think these elastic bands are going to be the thing that fails first on these slingshots. They are quite cheaply put together and you have to unscrew an alligator jaw clamp to hold the ends of the elastic in the slingshot. I have never used this type of clamp when the item being held down hasn't failed at the clamp with frequent usage. I'm sure given time, these clamps will overburden the elastic at the clamp and these will fail as well. This set includes a small laser device to site in your aim (see my picture) and a pretty worthless site level, presumably to keep your hand in the correct position. Personally, I found the tiny level SO hard to read that I mostly just ignored it. (People with bifocals be warned!) The kit comes with two different sizes of clay pellets that you can shoot at your target though I really didn't see much difference in actually shooting them. They both felt just about the same to me but I'm sure a slingshot expert could tell the difference. I could not. Overall, this is a beginner's kit. Two of everything is nice but once assembled, these slingshots feel a bit cheap in the hand. The main part of the slingshot itself is fairly well made and IS metal and wood. But the elastic bands and aiming sites are really cheap and don't add much to the slingshot. I didn't find them helpful at all. The faux leather cradles attached to the elastic are really small and it's difficult to get a pellet to stay inside when you are trying to fire. I kept dropping the pellet and couldn't reload quickly at all. This part could use a redesign, in my opinion. Overall I would say this is an OK slingshot kit. The lack of any instructions or pictures to help you put these together is a serious misstep though. If these aren't going to be shipped assembled, then you really need to add assembly instructions to the box. That just seems like common sense. But these slingshots are certainly not well built pieces to last a lifetime. They are just average. 3 stars.

Seems like a mid quality slingshot. The metal slots where the bands screw in are broken off at the edges. They do have a nice appearance to them, but i wasnt impressed with the overall quality. And I also didnt like that it comes with zero instructions, especially since im new to slingshots. Some instructions and tips wouldve made this a 4 star. But the quality of the metal work still keeps me at a 3 rating.
