So, here’s the Sword Dermal top. It’s like the picture, but the one on the guy’s face is actually a different top. This thing is so tiny, it was super misleading. Depending on how your anchor is set, it might stick out too far and look goofy. I was really hoping to love it, but the sizing is ridiculous. I expected a larger top and got what looks like a tiny baby’s fingernail clipping. At this size, it’s hard to tell what it is when it’s on your face. Overall, the quality seemed okay. It threaded in fine, but it’s SO SO SMALL. I wish the listing wasn’t misleading. They used a dagger dermal top from a totally different company in their product photos. After I got it, I looked again and realized it’s not even the same top in the product photos. ... show more

Cute. Doesn’t lay flat on skin tho and I did kinda wake up with a tiny irritation bump first night I put it in but I can’t tell if it’s because I’m a rough sleeper or jewelry. It looks pretty though, does look like it snags.
