I haven’t suffered from headaches after staring into the abyss of technology for a living for most of my life/career. I found initially that I didn’t notice a difference, but after wearing these for sometime now, I see the slight color difference when I A/B them against a screen. I can’t tell if it’s a placebo effect; I’m not complaining; my sleep has been better, and my eyes feel like they need less time in the mornings to start doing what I need them to. There seems to be less fatigue, and seeing as I’ve not worn eye correction for the better part of 42 years now, these seem like they’ll assist in keeping me comfortable for some time yet. Good build quality, and I haven’t seemed to scratch them after a few weeks of trial. Worth the try in my opinion, and I was skeptical coming into it. Great glasses! You can really see the difference in lighting when you put them on. From the computer light to even modern LED ceiling lights, all the blue light is gone! I usually get cybersickness while working in IT and playing video games in my free time. So far i'm feeling better already!

Can’t see stars in the day time with these on, but I think they have been helping me to wind down at the end of the day while I’m still on my computer. Also helps with eye strain. Might all just be placebo effect but i don’t care, as long as I think it works then I’m happy.
