I decided to get a security camera for my back yard for added security. This works very well. It was easy to connect to my Wi-Fi and I don’t have any problems with it disconnecting even though it’s outside. The picture quality is very good and the night vision works really well. I love the motion detections in case anyone ever tries to break in. And the microphone feature is really nice so can I can warn intruders I’m calling the police. And it has a siren for the same purpose. You can also remotely shit it down from your phone if you ever needed to. It has great features. You can set your activity zone, take screenshots, and has human detection. I really like that I don’t have to pay for a subscription because it does save videos for a few days. That is enough for me. Does not capture all my visitors that come to carport. Sometimes it captures halfway up the drive but I know it works. It captures myself (sometimes) when I go to vehicles. Product should do what the descriptions indicate. The solar panel works great. It is a nice camera.

I am very happy with my purchase of these cameras. Once charged via USB, the solar panel keeps the cameras charged outdoors so no electricity is needed. The wifi connection works well. The night vision is really good for a small camera and the daytime video feed is great. You can do a live view at any time, set the motion detection to notify you and record, or pay for continual cloud storage if desired. The app made setup easy with a QR code on the back of each camera so the app could easily and quickly connect. Multiple cameras are easily managed. Updated on Mar 10, 2023: After 2 weeks of continuous using it, the camera does not work anymore. The video from the app starts to buffer all the time. I can see it for 2 seconds, then it goes off, then back on for another 2 seconds and repeat. I took it off the wall and try to charge it but it did not help. I believe there is a malfunction in the electrical wires and the solar panel to power it. I also tried on a different mobile device to view it and showed the same result. For this price, it only works for 2 weeks. I do not believe it was not worth it for me. This security camera is very useful and very efficient because I do not need to plug it into an outlet to power it. It is powered by solar so it is energy efficient. Furthermore, it took me around 10 minutes to hang it up and set it up. The instruction guide is easy to follow if you have set up similar camera before. Even you are not a tech person, it probably takes additional 5-10 more minutes. The camera can capture a wide range of location and detect motion of objects including human, pets, and others. At night, it has the night vision which helps to detect the objects clear even at dark. Once I finish setting it up, I can view the surrounding on my phone. Additionally, it has the recording features that can record clips for later review when detecting motions in the video. ... show more

I was originally very frustrated with getting the notifications to work even after setting all the options correctly. I saw many other people in Google having the same problem. It turned out to be the Focus settings on my iphone. I’d recommend that this get added to the O-kam help page. Outside of that the only other thing, I wish it worked with google assistant. I did read somewhere that they might be working on it. I hope this is true. I must say that the functionality of the software is amazing for the price. The unit is well worth getting. The solar panel doesn’t need to be in direct sunlight and keeps the unit easily charged at full. I’ll probably buy more of them. ... show more
