I had some curtains that didn’t seem to hang quite right so I thought I’d try these. They did not work out for me at all. They are just not heavy enough. I even tried attaching two of them together and that didn’t work either.

    • Curtains hang better
I wanted a vertical line at the edges of my 4 pairs of new curtains, but the fabric splayed out. Curtain weights are the answer and these work well, but unless the lower hem of the curtain panel is open at the ends to slide them in, they must be stitched or safety-pinned in place.

    • Possibly My Mistake, Not What I Thought
These are small individual rectangle pieces encased in Vinyl. Each one has to be hand-sewn (I presume), there were no instructions. I thought the would be slipped in the hem of the curtains similar to the one-piece long tubular weights. I am not looking forward to sewing each one in. Where to sew them? Straight down from the outward gather is or the places between the gathers? I have no clue. ... show more

I sewed in. They worked fine. I didnt care that you saw the outline of thread around magnet but .i used on shower curtain so who cares.
