There wasn’t anything to like about this product. Softness I don’t think so it felt like hair off a horse. This item wasn’t even worth a 1/4 of what I paid for it. I was visually confused and upset! This item look like someone took out of the trash. Clearly I am not happy, I am an Amazon prime member who has spent a great deal of money don’t deserve this or the disrespect I received complaining about the order and I was told my refund would take 30 days. You have the product back and I need to replace it as soon as possible.

I was very happy to receive my wig because it was so pretty. Once opened it had a very foul smell i cleanse it and then installed the wig not even a day later the hair was extremely nappy and matted up. I’m not sure if I just received a bad wig or what but i was very upset with the out come.

First of all, the hair is not all human hair! It is true to length BUT the ends are thin! The frontal is not a full lace and it has a white tinge! The hair began melting off when out to heat!

I don’t even know what this is! It’s not anything like the pictures or descriptions . Hell it’s not even a wig . I order a 13x6 frontal wig and got sticky tracks glued together . A mess !
