This whole process has been terrible. For the price that you pay...1st. the pump was delivered on Saturday without the slide. However the order was said to be delivered in full. Wasn't able to get a hold of anyone, started the process to return and cancel though was automatically instructed to waited 24-48 hrs before the next step. Well two days later on Monday the slide is now delivered. Today Friday I begin setup. There is no water hose connection. There is no ability for water to spray from the slide. There are velcro tabs to just hold a water hose. And the pool area is too shallow for the two tiny 8 yr olds to slide down and not slam onto the hard ground underneath. Very disappointed with the whole process and this product in its entirety. ... show more
