I’ve had this dog since 2023 now and it still is just as huggable and fluffy as the day I got it. I named mine Butters and it provides just the right amount of added weight to calm my anxiety when it gets bad and to hold when I need a cuddle buddy to fall asleep. I highly recommend it!

"Fur" of excellent quality. No shedding. Sooo soft and just begs to be petted! Sewn well, no flaws. Prior reviewer who said it kept tearing at the seams should note that this item is 5 lbs. which feels heavier than you might think. It's not designed for little kids , who would probably pick it up and/or drag it around by its' legs. Of course it's going to tear then. A reasonable person would pick it up by grabbing the weight - which is obviously in its stomach area. The weight "pellets" are evenly distributed, and don't shift around. Very happy with my purchase. It was the biggest one I could find. Note: If and when mine should need cleaning - I have used dry hair shampoo in the past on other items, and it worked very well. (Works great on real fur too.)
