Overall, the wheelchair is sturdily built. However the writeup misrepresented the wheelchair as being easily transportable (no weight listed -- actually weighs 108 lbs and hardly easily putting into and out of the car trunk. Also said leg raisers were 0-90 degrees (actually closer to 0-60 degrees, making it impossible to go through doorways without removing the raisers. Asked for refund with prepaid shipping label (as I've had dealing with 2 other dealers in 10 years) They wanted me to ship at my expense and they would determine the refund. Avoid this seller. Worst transaction I've experienced in over 10 years on Amazon. 2/3/25 Followup. Have spent 4 days checking for service to pickup/package/and ship. Neither UPS OR FedEx have 30x30x28 shipping boxes (the original box was put in trash since Fedex shipped and put in a snow/ice area at garage and it became waterlogged). I've even checked freight haulers and so far the 'price range' varied from $225 to $700 to ship). While the vendor says he will refund after receipt of the wheelchair, and Amazon said they would cover shipping, I seriously doubt they would agree to the $700 quote to pickup/pack/and ship. Looks like I may be eating this items value and possibly donate to a nursing home or hospice, 2/8/25 Called Amazon and they contacted seller. He is to ship a proper sized shipping box and sufficient packing material and arrange for return shipment. Should take 3-5 days to get materials. Should it not arrive, looks like will have to have Amazon handle a complaint.. 2/14/25 The saga continues. After several calls through Amazon the sellers position is that to get a refund I need to ship the wheelchair back (to China?). They forgot that they were going to provide proper packaging and shipment arrangements. I've told seller and Amazon that based on their description of the wheelchair that it is fraudulently described. They are being totally uncooperative and will not provide a refund. Avoid this seller. Next action may be to notify Ohio Attorney General to get a resolution of this matter. 2/22/25 After several back and forth messaging, the seller has proposed a $400 refund (less than I wanted) however I wanted to put this behind me so I have agreed to the refund. I'll be monitoring my credit card account to see if the refund actually does show up. I would hope this seller would want to put this transaction behind him as much as I do. I now will be the owner of a high priced conventional wheelchair that has limited applications as an electric wheelchair. Only time will tell if the seller actually fulfills his responsibilities. 2/26 Awaiting funds being put in my credit card account. Will check again for next couple of days and if not showing deposit will have to go thru Amazon for resolution. Hopefully it is just a delay in getting funds to show up on credit card account. 2/27 Have continued to check if deposit was made as seller stated for Monday. Have not seen the deposit yet. Will continue to monitor and hope that it shows up. I would hope credit card companies would post deposits as quickly as they post charges on their website pages. Will continue to monitor and hope we don't have to appeal to Amazon for getting involved. 3/14/25 Contacted Amazon on 3/6 and they stated they would follow up and go through management to get a full or partial refund. Called back on 3/14 and Amazon has passed the info and notes from all the communication I have had with seller and his reluctance to issue a refund. Amazon said to check back next Wednesday (3/19) as if approved they will tell me. Should see a refund to credit card in less than a week. Hopefully this will end this less than desirable transaction. 3/25 After several back and forth communications between myself, seller and Amazon, an acceptable resolution of the matter was made. Thanks to Amazon for assistance and appreciate the sellers response in addressing this matter.

Avoid this chair Had an electrical issue battery died after about 10-20 encountered a dangling wire under chair certainly Not z20 miles I called Amazon tech support who misinterpreted my complaint and the Chinese mfr denied my request for electrical diagrams

Worst wheel chair I’ve ever owned. It did not stop quickly, it kept moving forward. And the wheels started making a rattling noise. The customer service was total crap!

the arms on the chair are not easily moved out of the way to transfer, the arms are built so i cannot add a tray or phone holder, the fact that i need to set the hand brakes to stay in one place is dangerous since i can only use my left arm and hand because of a stroke. all in all it is not suitable for a disabled person. unfortanly i could not return it because i had used it for a week since my other chair was being repaired i will keep it but would like a partial refund

Poor build, they just want to get rid of this wheelchair!! It will come broken and with missing parts. Once you buy it, good luck returning it. I paid $218 to send this weekchair back to the seller after Amazon gave them final warning to give us the address to ship it and get our money back. It’s been 2 months, we haven’t received our money back. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
