So disappointed in this purchase. We got it for our 4 year old for Christmas, and shortly after the bottom piece fell off and continue to fall off every time my son rides it. Which makes it very frustrating for a four. Less then 6 months after Christmas and the bike no longer works. It was fully charged when me son too it for a ride, didn’t even make it to our neighbors house before it died and now won’t work even after charging it again. I do not recommend customer service was awful and wouldn’t refund me my money or send another bike!

I was so excited about this motorcycle. Unfortunately when we got ready to assemble it, the entire right footrest was missing, which also had a metal rod connected to it that made it impossible to put the bike today. This was my son’s big birthday gift and was let down when we couldn’t give it to him. The shipping was already well beyond Prime delivery so it took a week to get it. I dont have time to wait on a replacement.

I bought this for my 4 years old kid. Everything works great. He enjoying the ride with bike. Only one concern. One of the small supporter tire broken. I don’t know how to contact supplier to ask for spare parts.
