Hair is not how it’s shown

I was really excited to use the hair due to having over a 4 star review. I bring the hair to my appt and once the hair stylist tried to put it in my hair it all tangled up. The loops on my head were awful. The hair feels very cheap. It’s way to soft. I would absolutely not recommend. I’ve learned my lesson of buying in person from now on.
