I like the product but the exhaust fan broke after one week of use. I read in the reviews that the customer service was good so I didn’t worry about getting a replacement fan. It took over a week to get someone to contact me after leaving 2 messages. Then they said that they couldn’t give me a replacement fan. One person said for me to buy a new one and they would refund me the amount of the fan. Then a different person joined the chat and he wouldn’t go along with what the last guy said. So after a lot of time chatting with several different people they decided to send me an entire new complete set which I didn’t want because I already had plants growing in the tent. I just wanted a fan that worked. I received the new set and took out the new fan and sent the broken fan along with everything else back. I really hope nothing else brakes because that was not a good experience. I do really like it now that everything is working good.

This kit said it was complete, but it does not include the most important part: The lights. So it's not complete Misleading advertisement much? I'm angry. I had to buy a light to make it complete. And had to waste time waiting for it. Careful don't get taken by the seller.

This grow tent combo is perfect for any novice or amateur grower. It’s perfect for all your growing needs. It’s not too large or tall, which is great for small areas such as apartments. The thickness of the tent material is exceptional, there’s no pin holes in the fabric like other brands. The exhaust fan is dutiable and heavy duty. The small little gifts included in the package are a nice touch. If you’re looking to get into growing and don’t want to spend a ton of money to start, this is the package for you! Don’t hesitate to purchase this product, just do it.

Perfect for growing my seedlings for the garden starting in the winter months. You could easily grow your weed in here, I started pepper plants in February and it kept the heat in to 65° in a no insulated garage. Buy a humidity gage, and a good fan.

Everything was good except for the grow tent. Ordered a 2x4x5 grow tent but got a 2x2x4 tent instead. Would of cost me more to replace it and get another one. Company got in contact with me and refunded a portion of the price due to wrong tent very happy and hopefull that everything worked out in the end.

Within a month the fan locket and burnt out. I only got $30 credit when the same kind was $50 so i got cheated on that but love the tent.

The inline fan malfunctioned in 3 months, not even a year after purchase. When I tried to get replacement, I was told warranty was only good for 30 days. I HIGHlY suggest purchasing a separate inline fan even though this is portrayed as a “complete kit”, doesn’t even come with grow light is all I’m saying.
