My children love to paint. This has been a Sunday afternoon routine of ours since they were little. This 24 pack of canvas. Boards has been a fun and new way for us to create different art projects. The boards are all just about 1/8 of an inch thick, and 9“ x 12“ in size. As advertised, they have been gesso primed, and they except acrylic paint with ease. I don’t feel that we have to apply multiple prime coats to build up the paint to the proper colors that we’re trying to achieve. They also do well with watercolor painting, but my ratio of paint water is definitely different, whereas I have to go stronger on paint, then water, but that’s not a big deal. I don’t have any oil paint, but I would imagine you’d have no problem with these canvas boards. The paint dries, quick, relatively speaking, and the only problem I have, which is not really a problem with respect to the product, is that now I have to figure out how to hang and frame the pictures. My plan is to actually make a larger frame with backing, and then fasten the canvas pictures to the Frames board by way of glue adhesive. All in all, we are all very happy with the quantity and quality of the canvas. The only reason for dropping this one star is because of the framing issue, I have to work out once we’ve used the boards. Nonetheless, I’m happy to recommend this product.

These are great. We buy them often because they are easy to use and clean up. We have paint nights for our students (25-80 of them at one time). They get to create their own picture and take it with them. It's a big hit.
