I ordered these for the first time and loved the color I got the mixed pack. Took me about 2 hrs to install myself not perfectly. I have 3B hair and I blow dried it to do the braiding method since my hair is too soft. I would Highly recommend soaking all braiding or fake hair in apple cider vinegar and baking soda over night, then shampoo and conditioner let hang dry. This will help with the itchiness never install hair if you haven't washed it before hand I got a bad case of folliculitis learned the hard way in the past. Tea tree oil on the scalp will help with itching that comes from unwashed hair over time. I use the mielle green label with rosemary. I would say this saved me time and money worth every penny than to sit in a salon for 5 hrs and 200$. Update: they lasted me 3 days before I had to take them out and redo them simply because I made them too lose. Otherwise they could have lasted me longer !

The media could not be loaded. So this is my first set of DE dreads and wanted to try them before I committed to spending 100s on a good set. I waited a couple weeks before reviewing. Overall for the price. I think these are great but I don't see them lasting more than 2 or 3 installs and look decent. I have lived my life in these uninhibited. I've kayaked, swam. (I don't typically submerge my head even normally). I do LOVE that these are so light weight but despite oiling them and separating them multiple times they tangle and some of the wavy dreads are separated and look rough! I braid or bun my dreads and sleep in a satin bonnet so I think this helps a lot! Overall, price wise for a beginner, I think these are ok to good but I definitely won't rebuy, I definitely will be investing in a better set but these definitely showed me that I love this even tho the scalp itch is real!! Lol

The length is perfect and the color is beautiful! For the price the thickness and durability isn’t bad at all. They don’t have a smell really and the texture isn’t as great as the expensive synthetic dreads but it’s still good texture. Love my dreads!

These are the worst quality dreads ive ever purchased. I have been wearing dreads for a long time. I got them installed the same way I do all my others, I have cared for them the same way I do all the others. Every day it seems like im cutting out huge chunks of ratted and matted mess. I will never purchase these again.
