It was delivered in a matter of days. The braids are even and neat. The lace blends with my milk chocolate skin perfectly. It does itch. So last night when I got it I did a apple cider vinegar rinse on it and then washed it. In hot water so I can relax the braids so they will move where I want them to go with ease. It worked out for me. I have been wearing all morning and I haven't had any problems. I'm spoiled I want a burgundy one and now I have to wait for them to restock. I will wait. This wig is amazing! It's not heavy and it comes pre cut so that's always a plus! I hate cutting lace! The braids are decent size and all look uniform. The hair itself is soft and does not shed and didn't have a smell, but I still washed it and the braids held up. No flyaways or frizz after drying. I love box braids, but I don't love sitting for 10 hours getting them done. I wore this for about 4 hours and didn't notice any discomfort the baby hairs aren't ridiculous either. You can leave them as is or gel them down.
