Second time buying this mat for my blackstone. It is extremely durable and easy to clean. I have turned on mu blackstone several times with it being on and it has withstood my ignorance. Only reason for buying a new one was because we moved and I just ended up throwing the first away since it was dirty. This is such a great product. It magnets super strong to my 22” black stone. I even bought a bigger size to go under my black stone to collect grease that sprays off. It’s so perfect! I love the sleek black for under my black stone and the bright orange for on top. Super easy to install, just sits right on top of the black stone. Nice solid weight and thickness to protect your black stone from damage. Great price and great product.

Fits perfectly and performs as advertised. It does require the user to clean most of the grease/oil off the cooking surface before using to avoid a mess unlike a rigid griddle cover but I like the bright orange look. The quality of workmanship is good and the magnets are effective.

I emphasize perfection because it is absolutely necessary to keep moisture away from a steel or cast iron griddle, or else it will rust! I am a 60+ year veteran of cast iron cooking, so when I buy something to protect it from rust, I am a stickler for perfection,and this mat does it. I also keep my griddle in a waterproof bag as the outer layer of defense,but moisture in the air can still attack. I keep it oiled, use it at home as well as camping, so I keep an eye on the rust factor and just don’t let it happen. This is the best defense I have ever come across for the battle! That it has magnets so it won’t wrinkle and fill off is icing on the cake! Like I said - PERFECT!

This came with no odor. It is very quick and simple to use. I cover the grill once it is cooled. We got this to prevent dust and rodents from going on the cook top. When I'm not using it, I flip it bottom (oil) side up over a chair. Although that is an extra step, I'd rather do that then clean rodent droppings. It fits my grill perfectly from edge to edge. It also goes up the sides. The cover has 2 flaps with grips to help lift the cover.

As I wrote in my headline, I purchased this for my Sams Club 36" griddle and it works, however it seems that the griddle itself depth wise is to shallow and so I have a piece that overhangs. No big deal, its magnetic, it keeps critters of it and easy to clean up. It is a bit cumbersome due to the magnets and the rigidity of what I would call rectangles of magnets. My cover didn't have individual magnets but 3 bars running down.

What a game changer. I live near the ocean in So. California. The salty air in the morning started to affect the griddle top. After not using the griddle for a couple of weeks because of the weather, I went to use it and found it had some rust spots. I had to re-season it to use it again. Once ready for use, I ordered the griddle mat and have now been using it. I have not noticed any rust on the griddle, and can only believe that the silicone mat is protecting it from the salty air. The accents on the griddle is orange, and the orange mat matches perfectly. The size was a perfect match as you can see in the photos. It is easy to put on the griddle top and the magnets keep it secure. The magnets are strong enough to keep the mat in place, but not too strong that you can’t adjust it while it is in place. The price for this mat is definitely a plus.
