The media could not be loaded. Exactly as described. Great for kids that are good in shallow pool, **small** groups ages 2-10 otherwise collisions are likely, or groups of kids ages 2-7ish depending on size/weight/behavior. We ordered a large tarp with the slide too; also used an additional tarp when the water slide was being used by a group to lessen the potential for muddy feet. :)

Even though the original shipment did not come with blower.I reached out to the company and received a prompt response to rectify the problem. The company agreed to send a replacement blower to me .I ordered this item for the 4th of July. It arrived on time just sad I wasn't able to use it for that day. But I did inspect the waterslide and it is very nice and worth the money. Can't wait for my kids to enjoy this slide for the next few years!

Only lasted one time too many hole to patch up and leaks air as soon as blow it up right out of the box should of sent it back when the box was open and damaged at delivery but my kid was so excited I used it will not buy another one I guess I will stick to renting them at least I know it will work for the day of and the day after

This water slide is honestly a big hit once it’s set up. It expands into a surprisingly roomy play area, and kids can easily slide around without feeling cramped. The fabric feels sturdy, and the stitching gives it a more durable build than I expected for something inflatable. I like that it comes with everything needed for setup and storage, so it’s pretty convenient to use for parties or events. It does require continuous airflow, but that’s normal for this type of product and keeps it properly inflated. Setup is fairly easy, and it doesn’t take too long to get it running.
