I received the rc excavator as a Christmas gift and absolutely loved it. It runs really well and has lot of cool features. Unfortunately, two days after I got it, my dog chewed up the controller and it no longer worked. I contacted the customer service email included in the product manual and they were very helpful. They were out of stock for this particular product, but they did offer to send me a new replacement of the smaller version of the excavator. I am very satisfied with how they helped me given the circumstances.

This is a super cool toy and very happy with it. Good size and weight. One thing to note is even though you have lots of control over movement, you do not have individual control over bucket and arms. You hold a button and it does the full digging motion by itself. Great for young ones, but very disappointing for someone who wants to actually control the escalator’s bucket motion, which in my opinion is kind of the point. It’s a shame, you can’t flip a switch to go from easy to realistic mode.

There are actually metal parts and lights that light up on this front loader. Good at a good pace, but not fast like a remote control car. Metal bucket for loading sand and toys into. Real working bucket, at the press of a button it cycles through lifting and dumping. So much fun. This is like a play truck come to life. Pair it with other construction vehicles and a sandbox, and you can have your own working job site. So much fun for kids who love watching construction. Rechargeable battery for the main front loader, then AA batteries for the remote, which you won't have to change out very often.

This dump truck is awesome! I got it for my 3 year old and he absolutely loves it. My husband has enjoyed playing with it as well. It goes pretty fast on hardwood floors and it has withstood a lot of dirt that get’s put into it. He even left it out in the rain for a day and when we brought it in it still worked just fine. The controls are easy enough for my three year old to figure out.
