I ordered this frame because it was impossible to find a 16x16 frame. It came with one side flap open. So it could literally slide right out. Its the kind of flap you tuck in. No tape was present anywhere on the box. So no surprise a heavy frame popped out during the shipping process. Use TAPE!! EVEN though the corners had protectors, they are thin plastic...very cheap. You should be using foam or Styrofoam! The one corner protector was smashed and the corner is busted. Wood peeled and raw wood showing underneath. Its not fixable. This was a gift! Then the center has two dents next to each other. I'm really just pissed. I spent so much on this picture and now it sits in a busted up frame. And the clear part isn't even glass. No, for this high price you only get a plastic cover which isn't as clear. ... show more
