Okay, this thing is legit! I absolutely love the concept because I hate painting with dirty rinse water, and this is such a smart little setup. It has a clean water reservoir, a brush-rinsing basin with several different textures to help work the paint out of your bristles, six little paint wells, brush holders, and even a tiny sponge for drying some of the excess water from your freshly cleaned brush. The entire bottom section acts as the dirty-water reservoir. The coolest part is how the rinsing system works. When your water gets dirty, you press a button that opens the bottom of the basin, dumps the dirty water into the reservoir below, and refills the basin with clean water. No more painting with increasingly murky water or constantly getting up to change it. And most importantly—it actually works really well! There are a few things I'd change. The top and bottom sections don't actually snap, lock, or seal together, so you definitely want to be careful if you pick it up while there's dirty water inside. The brush-holder slots are also pretty shallow. Longer brushes can be a little top-heavy and may go flying if you bump them, so again... use caution! Lol! It also comes with a little sponge for blotting your cleaned brushes, which is a great idea, but you only get one very tiny sponge. I wish they had either made that area larger or included several replacement sponges. Those little quirks aside, I'm seriously impressed. It's one of those products that made me think, "Why didn't someone come up with this sooner?" If you paint regularly and hate dirty paint water as much as I do, this is a really handy addition to your art supplies.

THe paint brush rinser arrived quickly, was well packaged, and undamaged. When I first opened this package, I thought it would not work. It seemed like it was cheap and lightweight. But then I tried it out. It really is simple to use. You fill the bottle container up and then place it on the top. Where the bottle attaches, there is a bowl with different rough edges around it. You can rub the brush on these rough areas and the brush is quickly cleaned. As you clean the brushes, you push a button to dump the dirty water to the holding tank underneath. When you are draining the bowl, the bottle is already filling the bowl up with clean water. I think this is a great invention! I have always hated rinsing brushes in dirty water. And I never felt like bringing extra water and dumping it every time. That seems like too much work. This is the perfect thing for that. You just need to make sure-- depending on what type of paint you are using--to wash the dirty water bin. I left mine out overnight and the acrylic paint stuck to the bottom. That was my fault. I was able to scrub it out, but not all the way. This rinser is compact enough that you could carry it around in your art bag or backpack. I really am very impressed with this little gadget. I feel like I will be using this rinser a lot in the future.

Kinda meh quality. The product works just as it’s supposed to but I feel that it lets out a bit too much water each time it fills up the cup. It’s a decent size and the design works as intended. Not sure I would buy this again but good value for a starting painter.

Now I had not thought about the idea of ensuring to always have clean water when rinsing a paint brush. But it makes perfect sense. This was super easy to set up and the water bottle holds more than enough water to last for a while. I like the bumps on the cleaner to help with paint removal. Nothing worse than trying to switch colors and it not being right because there was still a little of the prior color in the brush. I will never go back to just using a cup when painting again. The price is good for what you are getting with a bonus of a pack of brushes. The overall quality seems good and functions great.

A great idea for artists! This paintbrush cleaner comes with a tank that adequately holds the water used. There’s a little sponge for testing the cleanliness of brushes and six little spaces for paint. When you squeeze the bottle, the cleaning area fills with water. If you continue to squeeze the water bottle, it will rinse out the tainted water. There’s a little hole that the excess water flows into so it doesn’t overflow. Sometimes it doesn’t rinse out completely, though. It would be a better design to have two cleaning areas – one for washing and one for rinsing. I doubt most artists will use the depressions made for paint, as they'll typically have a pallet off to the side. So maybe use that space for cleaning and make the whole product a little bit longer so you have a water bottle on either side - one for washing one for rinsing. Just a thought. Otherwise, a neat idea in a quality package.
