This is the third year I have purchased this planner, and for the price it is very good quality. However this year I did not get a "poly bookmark". I am using the one from last year's planner. I don't know if this was due to an error or if they no longer include the bookmark but I am guessing it's the former. The product description says it's a "frequently returned" item but I could not find any further info as to why. The front cover was plastic and the actual cover was pretty and lighter paper. Unfortunately the h journal was bound incorrectly and that cover was loose and not connected to the bounding rings.

Not too much, not too little...just right. Enough room per day for some journaling/tracking with monthly calendar layouts for appointments and things to remember. Note pages on the end. The only thing that would make it perfect is a pen holder but that's a small detail. Again...love it.

Overall I like the planner. It's pretty and well made. I was loving it until I got to June. As you can see in the picture it's missing half of the June calendar. That's pretty important. I tried reporting it to get a replacement but unfortunately the only option is to return it. I had already written some important information in the calendar and would prefer not to return that. I would love a replacement with all the pages. Not sure how to get that through a live person. Any help would be appreciated. ... show more
