It's been a long time since I've fertilized my lawn and it shows. Went looking for old tools and realized they were falling apart. So bought this one. It's so much simpler than an add-on on a shoe or an employee style hole punch. It only requires a cinder block, is very inexpensive, and is much easier to use than other tools in terms of aeration. The blade inserts easily even on dry ground. It can also be disassembled when not in use, doesn't take up a lot of space, and can be used again the following year!
