First review: I was so glad for (2) because I can get cords chewed up in my recliner. So, I keep one as a back-up. This product is fast, convenient and easy to use. The cord being long is great with the fact that it comes with velcro to shorten it if needed. Nice price as well for the two. 2nd review: The first one I used stopped working properly. My phone was constantly thumping while charging. The second one seems to be working. I would not recommend or re-purchase. Very disappointing. ... show more

All the product required by me was great. The length, charging is super fast but the durability is of concern. One in less than a month just stopped charging. I tried different outlets, switched parts of the two pack to no avail.

    • Good while it lasted
This charger worked great for over a year on my new S24 ultra, but then started having problems about 2 weeks ago. It would start and stop charging every few seconds while plugged in, then gave an imminent water in the plug warning even though was bone dry, and then stopped recognizing the plug completely, with no charge. I brought back to Verizon, who told me to pound sand, and to best buys geek squad who said they couldn't work on it for some reason. I bought an emergency wireless charger from belkin, which did work but took about 5 hours to charge. Samsung support told me it needed professional repair and blamed on the non-samsung cord and plug. On the internet, some claimed this to be a software update problem. Through them and luck I cleared the cache and data from my USB app. After restarting my phone, the phone still did not recognize this cable, but now could recognize the short samsung cable they provided (using this plug). I don't intend to drop it off for service. Instead, I'll try to make this work, probably use an extension cord with the charger and tiny cable, and look forward to getting rid of my s24 ultra and buying an iPhone in the near future. ... show more
