The kids use it as a couch, a lounge, a fort, a pile of cushions to jump into. The best part is that the pieces are sized in such a way that the kids can manipulate them their selves. This is the perfect accessory for independent play time. We have used other brands in the past with an almost constant demand for assistance in building. Not with this kidirect couch. An added benefit is that they absorb sound well, so if your toddler knocks down the fort you worked so hard on, you can simply place your face on the cushion and scream at the world without scaring the kids. If you like to jump, wrestle, snuggle, cuddle, rough house, or play the floor is lava, this couch could be the magic ingredient that you’re looking for. The material and craftsmanship of the product is excellent. My kids smashed their yogurt covered faces on this brand new couch almost instantly after opening, it cleans right off. The fabric is soft and well stitched. We had no errors or issues. The manufacturer provides a warranty. We have no complaints and our only regret is that we didn’t buy two. Amazing, A++

The media could not be loaded. This is has a really great purchase for my kids. Really inspires their imagination and they also love trying to recreate the suggested configurations that are listed in the instruction booklet. They really get a kick out of manipulating such large pieces of a "toy". Feels like quality foam was used because it has the right ratio of squishiness to firmness. There was also no off-gassing when I took it out of the vacuumed sealed bags. Kids have slept on it without complaint and I have even enjoyed taking a nap on it. Had one spill on a cushion and I found removing the cover, washing it, and putting it back on was easy. Did not stain or discolor in the wash. Thinking about buying a second set to let the kids create even larger forts and play structures.

Really nice size! Good for kids of all ages. Versatile product. Very well packaged. Inflates quickly. Great price for quality and value. Highly recommend! Got for my baby to use as he crawls and walks around, instead of going to an indoor playground that has one. Rental services near me charge $300-500 for a few hours of toddler soft play set ups also. You can use this daily at home for fraction of the price.

Shopped a long time for a kids buildable couch. Lots of different prices and sizes and number of cushions to build with. This set has fit our needs perfectly. Lots of options and ways to build. Will seat several young girls at a time. We also use it at night for slumber parties. The dark blue color helps with stains and the material is very soft.

I got the couch as a gift but when I opened it I realized it’s too big for my apartment. It’s impossible to return because it comes air compressed and small. I contacted Amazon to see if they can give me multiple labels so that I can return it in more than one box and they said I have to find one box big enough. So I’m stuck with it. Very frustrated.

I've been looking for a modular couch for awhile for my kids. After unboxing this, I found that it came very neatly compressed and followed the instructions and let it expand for at least 24 hours. My kids could barely wait as they were so excited to try out the couch. It did indeed expand to normal dimensions after about 24 hours and was ready for set up. My kids love using it as a couch, a fort, a race car - whatever their imagination can conjure. It's amazing to see them use their creativity when rearranging the pieces to create their next structure. There are 11 pieces, making it very versatile. All of the pieces are light enough for kids to move around on their own, but also sturdy enough that I'm not worried about this breaking down in a few months. My main regret is not getting this sooner! I'm also debating getting a second set as it looks like you can create even more structures with 2 of these sets. The minor downside is that the fabric is a bit wrinkled out of the box, but not a large issue and I may try the suggestion of using a hair dryer on a low setting to get the wrinkles out. Overall, I'd highly recommend this to anyone with young kids or as a gift for others with young kids.
