It actually works as well as whatever fancy machine the dermatologist was using. I liked everything about this Gackoko system. I like the deep pore cleansing, it's gentle not harsh like others I've tried and I see a visible difference my skin. Not like most that irritates my skin. I also massage my hairline with it very helpful since my fingers doesn't work well anymore. Thanks for such a great product. Lo compre basado en los comentarios de la gente que ya lo había comprado , pero hoy que lo recibí lo probé y no me quito absolutamente nada de los puntitos negros aspira no tan fuerte como yo esperaba y como otro que mi amiga a utilizado en mi , no me limpió mis blackheads de la nariz así que tendré que utilizar vapor y utilizarlo de nuevo . Pero estoy Súper decepcionada de la compra no era lo que leí y pensé creo que lo devolveré .
