I wanted to give my 2017 Ridgeline RTL new tires that didn't look so "mini van" but still allowed for quiet highway ride, so I got Nitto Dura Grapplers size 265/60-18; al little wider, a little taller, a lot better looking. After the tires, although there was no rubbing at all, I was left wanting my RL to look leveled. A little research pointed to the Truxxx Leveling Kit. Many great reviews and much better price than the competition. Installation is not super easy but can be accomplished in the home garage by mechanically adept folk that have the necessary tools. Had this level kit installed on my 2023 Ridgeline RTL and am amazed in the difference an inch and a half makes. The dealership told me it was a good purchase and they did the install. Definitely recommend this kit for anyone with a Honda Ridgeline. My truck looks so much better now and more like a truck. The install was pretty difficult without having a lift and just using Jacks and jack stands. If you’re not very experienced working on vehicles I would recommend having it installed professionally. It took about 4 hours to install and 75% of that was one side of the install. Once you know the shortcuts it’s a lot easier. Don’t trust the YouTube videos. They’re usually using a brand new car where every bolt and joint comes loose with ease. My Ridgeline is a 2017 with 50,000 miles and this was not the case. Maybe it’ll be easier for you. But all in all I highly recommend this kit. Every part was quality and I wish I had done this when I first bought my truck. ... show more

The installation on your ridgeline will level out the front with back giving it the same height. Also, I feel that it makes the truck handle a lot better.

I bought the kit for my 2019 Ridgeline. I added new set of tires (Michelin Defenders 265/60/R18). the installation wasnt hard. it took me about 3 hours. I do recommend having a shop install them if you are not Handy nor have the tools. the kit comes with alignment spec so make sure you hand those to alignment shop. Tires do rub a bit on full lock during reverse. I had that issue before installing the leveling kit. So might be this type of tire. Over all, extremely happy with the product. Leveling kit improved handling in my opinion especially breaking since the truck doesnt have to nose down during breaking. Will need to adjust your headlights as the light beam gets lifted by 1.5 inches as well and it could impact other drivers on the road. As always, Safety first when installing these. ... show more
